Is it a good idea to let people spam?

Well i am now allowing people to post spam on my forum, i have made a spammer's paradise for it. There is no need to even register! anyone can post on it but i was wondering if it will harm my site. Do you think it will harm my site? Well i am hoping that my site will get at least pr 2 in next update as i have added many unique articles and got some link backs. Here is spammer's paradise -

Well generally refresh works for me. Its the problem with my host
