Is IPRental still operational?

A week ago the order page wasn't working and right now it appears to be down...

Do you know anything about this?

Do you recommend any alternatives (offering large diversity of IPs)?

Thanks, could you name 2-3 that you like in particular (large diversity of IPs)?

how many you need ? and purpose use of ips ?
on market place so many sellers you have
to check by yourself

As many as possible. Do you know, if a company advertises "5 proxy" does this mean I get only 5 IPs? In this case it would definitely not meet my desires.
