There are default 20% discount coupon already applied and it keeps running other promotions regularly.

Also, its not always about the price but the quality and reliability of the service that matters.

hostblast.net is cheapest 6$/year but, but they offering hosting with low quality.

To host less resourced sites, the host is good. But, if you want to host a hefty site, then watch out for their email. Maybe, you should go with hostgator and don't forget to checkout for holiday deal, hopefully from HG. Not sure if they offer any, but I got a 75% discount recently.
