Anyone else have trouble making a new IG account?

I know it’s not just me because I tried:

Multiple phones
Mulitple networks (WiFi &4G)
Multiple countries (Europe, USA and Canada)

And it appears that it’s impossible to sign up for a new account since about May 2019 YET there’s zero media coverage/articles about it

I don't think that's the case otherwise they would destroy their entire business. Do you have multiple accounts on your phone? I believe that the maximum you can have is 4-5 on one phone.
 
Yes I have multiple accounts on my phone BUT the new accounts were attempts from completely separate devices / networks and countries

Occasionally this might happen. Some days IG is less strict when creating accounts why is unknown. Though most of the times its probably your proxies.
 
check your dns / 4G ip Range / store id / many things that u will not understand can leave footprints
