is Instagram dying?

seems like a lot of people are getting increasingly unsatisfied with Instagram. the changes to the algorithm upsets content creators/ influencers who in turn are forced to model their content after whatever the new algo is. as a user it's super annoying to see a bunch of pages in my feed post disingenuous content to please the algo like i won't notice. there is really fertile ground for a competitor to step in imo. vero has recently hit 3mil users which i think is definitely a sign (even though i don't really like vero). what are your thoughts on this? do you think a new platform could be on the horizon?
