Facebook is working for me. check both mobile version and web version and its working like charm . So its only insta and whatsapp.

Try updating the feed. The current state you see is cached. Same with wap, try sending a message lol. Or may be your data server isn't affected?

I did i uploaded a story and removed couple of stories on my other pages. So yea it was working for me.
