Is InfusionSoft worth it?

My wife's client has a fairly small but loyal following selling her products. The client currently has a mailing list of about 300 and has been using mailchimp for mailouts. Recently, the client received advice from a guru that she should be using Infusionsoft and is considering switch. We know approximately how much the client makes a month through internet sales so neither of us believe it's worth the large monthly fees. With that said, we have no experience with Infusionsoft so we're not sure if it's worth it. Has anyone that's used Infusionsoft share their experience and provide a recommendation? Thanks.

I invested in infusionsoft about 3 months ago, It is worth it if you are going to use the advanced features, if you are going to use it like aweber then its not worth it, if you are using the full power then yes. The problem is that to use the full power you must participate in the advanced training as the learning curve is pretty high. The real power is to be able to target people based on their specific actions, eg. if they click a link in your email showing interest in a particular product or idea then infusionsoft will know that and put them into a new marketing campaign.
