Forget the volume.
Get a low competition keyword that no one else has written about or very few have.
Google is your best friend for Keywords.
Internal Linking is done for all content and it's better to establish;ish topical relevance by siloing your content from the same topic wherever possible.

I messed up my categories, if I correct it and make it silos bcz I need to do 301 redirections for niche site for multi-topics, will this leave a negative impact in ranking?

Should I have to see Allintitle for such question keywords, if the result is 0 or few, can I go and write an article about it?

Be careful of 0 volume results by tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
In many cases, such phrases actually have traffic
Focus more on search intent and whether the search phrase is actually presented by Google autosuggest

Read each keyword
Get into the head of the person typing the kw into google....WHAT are they expecting to see?
