Did any of you here ever purchase the premium listing with incrawler.com directory?
I thought it's a quality web directory so bought their premium listing around 4 weeks ago but still haven't heard anything from them. I've sent them a few emails asking for the listing status but got no replies.

It is clearly written in their premium listing package description that: "The cost is only $49.95 (one-time fee) and unlike most directories, we will give you a refund if your site is not accepted!" and that "Your site will be reviewed within 3 business days!"

I didn't think before that such a big directory can be a scam.
Now that 4 weeks have passed and I got no replies from them since, what should I do to get my money back?

That's the first time when I hear of them. Anyway, they are scammers for sure if is true what you say. Have you tried to do some research before buy from them? Google don't even know them. Their SEO is terrible and feedback = 0.

I'm sorry to say but you got scammed 101%

Thanks Netro.
They seem to be "legit", they appear in "sites like joeant.com" list so I didn't think they are scam before. That's why I created this thread; just wanted to know if anyone knows about this directory.

I submitted a handful of sites to Incrawler years ago and never had an issue. I also spoke with them via email and always received prompt replies, so it sounds like something has changed.

The directory business has gotten really rough - beginning sometime around penguin, many began getting more requests for link removals than submissions - and it's possible they've abandoned it.

If you've gone a full month without getting a reply, I would initiate a charge back or start a Paypal dispute, depending on how you paid. This will at least force them to respond to you in one way or another.
