Exact. You can even build a tool that query the proxy every minute to make sure it's a strong, not resold proxy. That's what I always do.
Create, warmup => next day brand and then go posting.
On cloud phones with proxy or real phones without proxies
 
If every account gets hit with selfie or phone verification, IG has most likely flagged something else.
You should stop creating new accounts for a while. Making more usually just leads to the same result.

you can actually create an Instagram account on a PC through the website, although some verification steps may still require a phone number or mobile app. So if possible get your mobile phone ready with you to finish your account set up

pc creation is dead without an antidetect browser like adspower or multilogin, u need to mimic real canvas fingerprints not just change proxies bro.

I agree it might be too late. I believe he has already been shadow banned and his IP is blacklisted.
 
It is possible to create accounts on PC using Instagram app with BlueStacks, although without the use of mobile app can configure browser profile to have a clear cookie page to register without suspend.
 
It is not impossible to create an Instagram account on PC but Instagram has strong security checks now Proxies or unusual setups often trigger verification like phone or selfie. Using normal devices and clean consistent behavior usually works better
 
Try using a mobile user agent in your antidetect browser profile. That makes it look like a real phone. also use a fresh SIM card number for SMS verification. if you don't have a spare device, try a cloud phone. But creating on a phone is way easier. PC adds extra friction.

i noticed that mobile user agent change nothing unless you use a proxy capable of tcp fingerprint change too
 
some PC are loads of cookies which need to get clean up on browser settings and reset the browser profile to host refresh page for register without getting suspend.
PC with spam score proxy server got disable profile until it gets repair.
 
Instagram feels very strict on PC now honestly. I had better luck creating account normally on phone app instead of desktop.
