Right now no emulator works to create Instagram accounts safely. If there is one, I hope someone will respond here. It's highly unlikely, though!

If it takes too much time, you should consider buying a new account. For just $1–2, you can get an Instagram account.

It need clearing of browser cookies with cache and then add no spam score proxy to register account without suspend or request for selfie or phone number,can make register with email only to prove register with clean browser for simple operation/register.

try on your home ip, in your main browser. If you don't plan on spamming and getting banned after the first couple of links you drop, then you have nothing to worry about. Although it might be too late, you might have ruined your chances. lol ow well. Stop trying to circumvent rules, and you'll find less bridges being burnt. Concentrate on the platforms you go onto as being a real user.

Check the t&c, doesn't matter what you want its what fiverr WANT. For that reason you said, you are best to setup a business account, and avoid all the hassle of proxies, and hiding your browser personas. Also i'm right in thinking, you're only allowed one account there?
Think about it, if they KYC you and you can't proove shit, then you'll lose your account instantly.

Yeah same sorta thing apply, you have to either use a new business account registration, or you use your one chance personal accouunt you register. if you goosed that up then you have to change your idnetity to a business, as most of these socials are now setup for a business entity. Not all of them, those you should avoid if you got banned. But with instagram, its new router, new computer, new email etc, everytime at worst, and best new business details. Thats waht i recommend if you get banned. but my advice is always the same, if you do get banned don't waste your time with time wasting tools that mimick behavour to get round firwallls effectivly.
Proxies leak though your software easily, and setting things up from your on computer is just a privacy disaster waiting to happen. Its only TOR that is any good for this type of thing, but thats why its banned from many websites.

You are not the only one experiencing this instagram seems much stricter with new account creation these days and even legitimate users can be asked for phone or selfie verification during signup

There is emulators that allows you to run Instagram without problem. On Android and iOS. Cloud phones is the key.

Instagram has become much stricter with new account creation lately. Even with good proxies, verification requests are pretty common, especially if the account activity looks unusual.
If you don't want to buy a cheap android phone for this purpose, you can also do it with a high quality cloud phone. With the right setup and right method it is possible, despite what some people are saying. If we are only talking about a single account for your own use, then it may not make much sense financially though.
