Here we go again...
Metrics are a good way to have some kind of an estimate, whether the domain is good or not. However, eventually, it comes down to checking everything manually if possible. That's what's important. Metrics are fine, but often, they do not reflect how good the domain really is. I've seen domains with TF3, which were brutal and domains with TF40, which had 1 referring domain and thus were crap.
The fact, that you just paste metrics here has absolutely no impact on anything. We don't even know on which version of the domain you have measured the TF, we have no idea how many referring domains it has, etc.
I disagree with
@jon_xx_x , because I am not a huge fan of DA and prefer the combination of TF and RD, but then again, every single person here has a different "taste" when it comes to metrics and it's highly subjective.
Another thing. It's ONE domain, just one domain won't do much by itself. You need dozens, depending on how hard your KW is. So if your budget is low, forget building your own PBN network. Grind some money first and when you have a couple of thousand to spend, then start thinking about it.
