People were doing IG cpa since 3 years, the niche is getting saturated, not the method it self, i know IG has increased their security to avoid spammers but there will always be a way

Saturation is not there but yeah now it appears to be full of spam pages because of we blackhatters. If certain niches have stopped working like free followers and free vbucks then it means that people are well aware about them and its time to look for some new niches which work.

The truth is when there's a thread with about a million views spoon feeding a method to everyone, it is going to get saturated. Just go to any celebrity's insta account and take a look at the followers of one of their latest followers, you'll likely find at least 10 accounts promoting the same free followers/iphone bs.
Back in 2015 was the first time I used the "IG + CPA" method initially, it was basically free money back then, easy $3-$5/day for a typical spam account because not many people were promoting the same thing, I did it for a while and reinvested the money I made into legitimate projects since I didn't really feel good about promoting fake cpa landing pages.
I gave the method a go again when the infamous cryo thread was published, and even then I made about ~ 0.8-1/account, a bit more with unique niches, but I stopped doing it after a couple months since verifications/bans etc were 10x worse than when I first tried this method, not to mention the earnings/account kept going down pretty much every week. This was over an year ago, so I imagine things are even worse now.
Also, everyone keeps saying that just find a good niche yadda yadda. But here's the issue with instagram. Even if your niche is 100% unique and nobody else is promoting what you're promoting, the chances are, at least 90% of the audience in your "unique" niche follows at least 1 big celebrity/account with a lot of followers. Now the problem here is that there's a big chance that they've already been followed by dozens of accounts promoting your generic spam niches because they're targeting the followers of that celeb account. If you're using the same content locker (say from ogads) with your "unique" niche as the free followers/iphone guys, chances are they'll probably not fall for yours either.
That's one of the reasons why I didn't think it was worth my time to keep doing it and research unique niches because, especially for cpa, because in the end you're going to end up targeting people that have more than likely already seen the lockers you're using. So a unique niche wont really make too much of a difference, but still that depends on what you value your time at. Maybe you'll get a $0.3-$0.5/account boost with the right niche, that might be enough for some people to keep grinding Instagram, but then there's always the problem of running out of people to target, especially in small niches.
That's my take on this anyways, if I had no other project going on for me and I only had IG to work with, I'd personally go down the growing accounts route, I don't think that's going to get saturated any time soon, if you have accounts with 6-7 figure followers, you'll always make money from them, hell I have a friend that used to have multiple accounts with ~200k+ followers and he'd directly promote the spammiest cpa landing pages, after about a week and 5 figures later he'd get banned but back then getting your high follower count account unbanned was very easy if you knew what you were doing, so he'd just rinse and repeat. Too bad people shared those "unbanning" methods everywhere and now they're patched, but still there's a lot of other ways of promotion for stat accounts, the key is learning how to grow them.

so basically IG+CPA is a trash method now? maybe it is, but I guess there are lot of strategies that can still use to make profits on IG. besides account will get banned if users are greedy like following/unfollowing tons of other users, keep spamming and trying to earn money faster. that's what I thought on other people journey/method. maybe there are still different things that can be done right?

I agree with Brad that the majority of money making methods on IG are pretty oversaturated but monetising accounts with a large follower base remains to be profitable and will be so for a while. However, I don't know how long this will last for given that having 200k followers now does not attract that many quality advertisers. If you want your followers to stick to you, then provide quality ads.
