Is there any point to setting up IFTTT web 2.0 syndication sites? Does it really help rankings?

Worth a shot. IFTT integrates with Medium and other high authority sites that just might rank decently in search out of the gate. Best if you or a VA can invest a little time in the platform too to get some traction inside of the platform if your content is original and good. Just have a plan to get that traffic back to your site.
