I see a lot of this sites trying to copy 9gag is it any profitable or do you think it's to saturated?

Every niche can be profitable. But no, it's not as profitable as payday loans, insurance etc
So, the answer depends on what do you think of as profitable
 
it just depends on your traffic :) if the visitors are from tier 1 countries then you can make some money for sure especially if you have a large number of visitors

Not very profitable unless you have a f$&k ton of traffic...
 
You will have to count upon huge traffic volumes to be able to make a decent income out of it.
 
Meathead did 6 figs a year in humour niche. Might still do it if he hasn't sold the site.
 
Humor will always work, but the competition is steep. Today's humor sites make money by getting their pics/posts or whatever to go viral on facebook and others. When I'm on facebook I almost always see something somebody shared because they thought it was funny.

If you're good at getting things to spread on social media you can make a killing just from the sheer amount of traffic.

I agree, there are already too many 9gag clones out there..
 
I had this site in past, eventually it was able to generate traffic but not able to make money.
 
Only if you focus on quantity, and I mean a big big quantity. With ads placed well, you could make some money, focus on social media traffic.

thanks my plane is to start a very viral social media page and post reqularly its funny how i feel its all going to work all good
 
it is still good..just as they said..you need tons of traffic..talking about 100K visitor is nice already daily

That is still nice..i had 423k view and only 1K USD...need traffic..but a lot :)
 
Works! I know guys that were doing 10-20k per month out of it. After FB update it drops!
