You can, up to three domains I believe. Their uptime sucks (had several hours of total darkness a few months ago), but they are also incredibly cheap. If you just want to host some websites for cheap, such as a smaller personal site or a PBN I guess (never used them for SEO though!), you can definitely consider them.
I got 3 GB of space, and 300 GB traffic included per month. Just renewed for 16 USD for two years.

I will try Hostkoala, but alexhost.com have also 10€ yearly plans, i did not tested anyone tested their plans shared hosting yearly of alexhost?
