Is Hola enough? (Newb Q #2)

I don't need too many proxies for the rest of this year while I work on my projects so wondered if playing around with Hola was enough to switch IP? Does Hola use the same IPs for each country or randomly pick a public proxy for the region each time you switch. Will Twitter/Tumblr care? Thanks!

Yes, hola is enough if you are satisfied with its functions but if you are not satisfied then there are many options available. I used hola but I found it difficult to use and it also speed down internet as well. Therefore, I am using zenmate these days and much satisfied with its services.
