Is hiding the "ads by google" logo from adsense blocks dangerous?

What the title says. It may seem like a silly question, but I wonder if you can get banned for that? Does someone know anything?

This is a good way to make sure you will never receive a payment from adsense

Okay, I changed my layout so they show properly, just in case.

It's not that I did it on purpose, it's that when I added them, the WP theme I use blocked the part of the ad where it says "Ad Choices"

anyway of altering code will lead you a ban hammer
even if it is no affecting the way ad works

The code wasn't altered, but the "Ad Choices" logo was behind a menu. I'd post a screenshot, but I still can't.

Yeh man, dont fuck with adsense in any way shape or form, intentionally or not - they seem to love banning people.
