Depends if you are buying the service or just scraping their website. A lot of twitter generators already scrape so they go extinct pretty quickly and are pretty slow, but if you are buying the private ones, you should be fine.

for twitter use private proxies, the IPs from HMA are shared IPs and you will not able to use them as you like ... most likely you risk to get your t accounts banned (suspended) !

If you use HMA the ip may have been banned and could get your account banned.
