Is Healthcare, Wellness nich really working?

Hey guys, its my first time trying affiliate marketing, i choose my product already from the healthcare and wellness niche but i haven't started promoting it yet, so i wanted to ask if this niche really works in use and if i can make sells from it ? or im just going to waste my time because people prefer to see a doctor first of all..
