Is HCU running on real time basis?

I'm trying to rebuild some of my location based mass pages which were affected by previous updates. They used to get 1K+ clicks per day pre 2023.
The sites are built on new and expired domains, using AI and non-AI template. Google is sending me clicks for short time in the beginning then kills them. How are you guys building mass location pages nowadays?
