Is Guest Posts worth it?

What's your experience with guest posts? Is it worth it (for both backlinks and traffic)?

Yes i have tried it. The traffic is not stable, you get traffic till your article is on their homepage. But guest posts are good to get more subscribers on your blog. Remember Rss and Email subscribers visit your website whenever you make a new post on your blog. This increases traffic on your blog. Write quality post to retain them.

And as PR is concerned. Last month i made around 6 guest posts on different blogs and after 1 month i m seeing my blog is PR2.

Definitely worth it if you can actually get a response from the website owner. I have 4 freaking articles that I wrote, no emails back for 1 week. Seems I can never get anyone that will reply back. Blog owners have caught on that its black hat now too lol, so gotta write top notch stuff.

it is great way to get unique backlinks and new visitor too.
