I don't think guest posting is a bad way to build up quality links. That's for sure if you use low quality and non topical sites than it can affect your website. But quality and topical websites with good content and natural links in there can increase your chances to get high rankings in serp.

It all depends on where you are publishing your guest posts. Low quality networks will surely be high risk. If OTOH you score a guest post at CNN.com or some other high authority site, your link is 100% safe and worth gold.

I feel "Niche based guest posting" which is done to get real link from the niche based site is one of the best link building technique.

Hi I am sorry that i am not relevant of the topics.But I can not find where to post.

Yes! By guest posting you will get more advantage like quality traffic, build your domain authority and search engine authority..etc. You will gain all these benefits only by high quality real guest blogs.

If you're a very good writer, there is absolutely no downside to guest posting. Those who are against it don't have very sound arguments. There are certain internet marketers who either have no idea what good writing is or simply refuse to pay more than $5 for their content needs. This same demographic is also extremely results oriented, never attempting anything that doesn't yield immediate change. You don't want to be one of them.
