So I got some money, and I wanted to make the investment, but right now $255 is a big investment for me.
I was wondering is GSA, GSA indexer, and GSA captcha breaker a good investment right now? I'm looking to rank just youtube videos
and small websites with it, nothing too crazy. Tell me what you guys think?

You're also going to need a VPS and private proxies for the program, which have monthly payments. Not to mention you need to spend some time learning GSA. It's still a good investment though, but I'd rather outsource for now if I were you.
 
Can you go a little bit in depth on outsourcing? I don't understand, and how much would the proxies & vps cost me monthly?

This guy makes a great point. There are additional costs such as VPS, proxies and de-captcha services that you need to run alongside GSA. Great long term investment and tool to use for tier 2 links!
 
It's a brilliant tool. But you really need a good VPS to run it on, and proxies if your scraping.
 
I have a 7 million backlink list lmao, but I don't think they are that good, if that's what scraping is. ( scraping for backlinks ) ( My bad, I'm a noob ).
 
You will need a good vps, minimum of $50 a month and more depending upon how you are using it. You can use a dedicated PC from home, but if you want it to run most of the day if not 24/7 then your electric bill will be higher and your internet provider may or may not give you a problem (depends upon what kind of deal you have). You will need 10-20 private or minimum semi-dedicated proxies at about $20-$25 a month. Public proxies will not get the job done for you efficiently. Even with captcha breaker you will want a decaptcha service and you will burn through those quickly.

By outsourcing he is suggesting that you simply buy one or more back linking services from a provider you can find here in the BST forum, for example or find someone you can work with who will put together a package for your specific needs.

PS: Yes, that is what is meant by scraping. If you don't want to scrape for a target list you will need to buy a good list. The list you will get for free will be spammed to death and the results will not be as good as those you scrape for.

You don't have to pay 50$ for a VPS a month. Trust me!
I recently got Scrapebox and GSA, and let me brier you:

I got a VPS from some guy from here, for 16$/month (paid for 3months upfront)
and got around 5 PRIVATE (not shared) proxies from myprivateproxy for $12.15/month.
And I'm doing perfect! I can't use the programs at their FULL potential, but I'm very very satisfied with the VPS and proxies. Just don't let them run 24h, cause your vps and proxies won't handle it. I'm sure you didn't even intend to..

As per your title, I really can't give you an answer yet, It's hardly been a week since I've started using them, but I hear good reviews.

it's definitely worth the investment. Just stop wasting time and buy everything. I don't recommend you buy GSA indexer though. Waste of money. Get private proxies and some shared proxies plus a cheap vps and you are good to go. Indexer service is optional.

If you don't buy it now, you will regret it later. You will also have to invest some time into learning how the software works and everything. Patience is required.
 
Without question, GSA is a great tool to have, you'll need to take time out to fully understand how to really use it. The key with GSA SER is the lists you scrape yourself. That's where you learning curve can be steep. Footprints etc are all vital with GSA. I wouldn't be without it and for a one off fee.
 
I'd like to add a few questions to the thread.

Is there a good tutorial for scraping for good links? Is this done with Scrapebox or GSA?

Are you guys mainly blasting spam at Tier 2 or Tier 3? And can you blast as much as you want. If you blast the list of links you've scraped, do you then have to get another list or do you blast again with different settings/anchors and so on?
 
Yes GSA is very worth for you if you promote affiliate programs or CPA networks with Youtube's videos.

1. You research unsaturated keywords which have high searches monthly.
2. Create a video for each targeted keyword that based on affiliate product.
3. Upload the video to Youtube.
4. Blast Youtube's video link with GSA. Article directories, blogposts and social bookmarks - at least 250 backlinks for a new YT video.
5. Wait between 1 - 2 weeks - YT link to get top ranking at Google.
6. Watch sales daily!

My friend successfully did experiment it in last month.

well many people are discussing about GSA and also saying it is good so after hearing good reviews on GSA i would also like to go with it.
 
You don't need a VPS...if that is what is holding you back. Proxies are a must though
 
The problem is, software like these require not just the initial software, but many other paid plugins, making it even more expensive. And if you don't know how to use it properly, you will have a job trying to recover the costs lol
 
i would reccommend a good VPS, i am running at 100 dedi proxies, 6GB ram and 6CPU, still asking for more :)

Also remember that it will take time to build up a good list of sites to post to unless you want to buy a few lists which will be an extra expense.
