Never used GSA before but i have heard good things about it, the tool seems a little bit spammy so i am thinking of using it as tier 2 for my quality unique tier 1 properties, does it give good results for this purpose ?
Thanks

GSA creates the very best low quality backlinks that I ever now. First, scrapebox and xrumer provides the lowest quality backlinks then GSA with all the low quality spammed domains that are found by footprints by all the GSA users.

You don't need that. Save yourself some money.

Even as Tier 2?!
Thanks bro,

GSA worth even Tier1 backlinks if You use it properly. NOTHING spammy by GSA itself - just YOUR settings could make the work spam looking.
Ex. You could use for first tier SERengines (constantly updated) with unique articles You have in folder and using macro spinfolderdelete - so it will post Your unique articles permanently onto web2 sites, could post new articles every few days, these web2 will have natural looking profiles, unique About me sections, all will be edited from diferent IPs and so on, and so on..
If You spent a bit of time to learn how to use GSA (and if You have some SEO knowledge as a backgroung), You`ll found out that it`s a NUMBER ONE SEO soft and may be the ONLY ONE which may give You best rankings today.

i have very good results with GSA alone.

Yes. it usses tons of money on capcha solving, and yes, in order to make it work and get links from not over-spammed sites - you have vast amount of settings to control.

for me, GSA all the way, and i consider it to be nr1 software for today.

Their captcha breaker save your money lot when you use with GSA
Yes, but I spent at least $5-$7 daily with DBC as backup captcha service (mainly for recaptchas) - it`s on about to 40-50K submissions and of course it`s optional.. Also You could set the backup CS only for ******** or PRx+ sites ex. so it will be more cheaper.

What's your #1 captcha breaker ? GSA one ?

GSA surely works the best and nothing can beat its performace. However you would have to tweak the settings so as to avoid getting any spammy backlinks. And it would give you wonderful results.

So what would you suggest as an alternative?

i used GSA a lot for tier2s and tier3s..

it works well for giving link juice on my tier1...

it helps my tier1s being crawled...

Its a shame that GSA is becoming known as a 'spammy' tool. I use it for all tiers, even some of my tier 1's. Like others said, it depends on how you use it. Fine tune the settings and it becomes a very powerful tool. Throw in some hand-spun articles spun at sentence/paragraph level and the rankings are yours for the taking ;)

I use Magic Submitter now and have an extremely low success rate of submitions, what are the advantages of GSA in comparison with MS?

GSA SER is better than magic submitter as it is cheap and has higher submission rate than magic submitter.

How can I optimize the settings for my Tier 1 then? Care to shed some light on that please?

Don't use GSA as a Tier 1 if you are noob. I play with that and my keyword was went down from #20 to #150 and never recover it. :(

You must have thrown some low quality backlinks I assume or with same anchor text.

The bad thing about GSA links is that they gets delete pretty quickly. If you are into spamming then this is the best tool for that.

shaggy93: I agree with you that the default links get deleted quickly. However, if you scrape your own target links, then you can have a better survival rate. I just use scrapebox for finding target links and then use GSA to post it

OP: It's upto you how you use the software to create backlinks. It can create spammy as well as quality backlinks. If you got time and money, build tier1 backlinks manually and use GSA for lower tiers. If you want to automate the process then use it to create tier 1 links as well. Check out the guide by Ozz on how to setup quality campaigns in GSA. Just search "high quality campaigns in gsa" and you will see a link from gsa-online forum. I tried putting link here, but it won't allow me to add url .

Note: Just be careful with the secondary links pointing to your money sites in the above guide. That's something I really keep an eye on.

I use gsa for all tier, just about the only thing i use at all. For tier 1 you can set it to only post do follow links, or only pr2 links, or set a obl limit so sites with too many out bound links will get skipped. You can set a limit on how many links you post. Lots of features with this. I used to have senuke xcr and i think this is much better and 1000% cheaper. I have never got better results with anything else. I notice when i adjust my settings to fine tune my projects, it helps my rankings right away. I love this program, and its has updates like every 2 days.

What do you think about manually do 1st tier backlinks and with GSA SER 2+ tiers?
