GSA works great and about indexing, almost all indexers performance is going down. try to find your own personal method.

GSA still works. I wouldn't recommend GSA for tier 1 links, however, tier 2-4 GSA is great for.

Can be used for tier1 but need lists as your need quilty URLs.
Or can scrape for them within the program.
