Is GSA license transferable?

I just want to ask if GSA licence is transferable, I know they have a sales thread here somewhere.
Can we buy it from another person?
as many people move on to new tools.
Pls tell me the procedure if anyone knows.

From past experience I think it is not transferable but I am not 100% sure

I think Sven the developer does not allow licence transfer between different users. You might want to ask Devin who handles GSA sales on BHW.
