Hey,
I am in need of an anonymous ATM card. I understand that GreenDot requires a SSN, but the cashier at wallgreens said that what they sell is a temporary card. You will then have to send in paperwork to GreenDot with your SSN. How does this temporary card work? Can people still transfer money into your temporary card, or does it not work until they verify you.
If greendot does not work in the manner I intend does anyone know of any other anonymous ATM services?
How about paying a homeless man to get a card under his name. Is this technically illegal? After all he's the one providing the info so I am not "stealing" anyones identity
