I recently purchased a few green dot cards for some clients of mine, i proceeded to register a few cards with no problem. However, 3 cards didn't satisfy "Verification Requirements". They proceeded to tell me a check for my full refund amount would be sent to me. How can they send a refund check if they have no idea who i am, and if they are not sure if the information is correct? The cards are invalid now of course. Customer service was of no help, and I think I have to bite the bullet on that $150. Any ideas?
