It’s been a long time since I used GMT Tool for Instagram growth. I wanted to ask if anyone here is still using it in 2026 and whether it still works effectively?

Also, what other tools or automation software are people currently using to grow Instagram accounts safely and efficiently?

Would love to hear your experiences and recommendations.

GMT still kinda works but it’s nowhere near like before, IG tightened things a lot so most ppl moved to manual + small SaaS tools, automation heavy setups get burned fast nowadays tbh.
 
Look into real device automation instead. Instagram has become much stricter with browser-based tools over the last few years. Real devices tend to run into fewer issues and usually look more natural to the platform.

Nowadays, Gram Multi no longer seems to be working.

I have not used GMT recently, but from what I have seen, instagram has become much stricter with automation over the last few years. A log of people seem to be focusing more on content consistency and manual engagement now rather than aggressive automation. I would also be interested to hear what tools peoles are safely using in 2026.
 
GMT Tool does not really work like it used to. These days, I focus on organic growth and engaging with niche communities rather than automation.
 
gram multi tool still kinda works for basic stuff, but it’s not really safe for long term growth anymore. insta is way stricter now so automation-heavy tools get limited or flagged easy
most people now just use legit schedulers like metricool, buffer, later + manual engagement on top,
if you wanna stay safe, focus more on content + consistency than full automation, that’s what actually lasts now

It doesn't work effectively rn. The best automation would be Pakistani VAs xD.
