Is Google Suggest still live?

I just read an article which mentions Google Suggest as a very good keyword suggestion tool.

The link is http://labs.google.com/suggest/, but I get an 404 not found error.

Is Google Suggest still live and just transferred to another url?

lol it's the terms that drop down when you start typing a query in to the Google.com homepage.
