If I can find my backlink on site:domain.com/xyz.html

And it's not on Google search console, what's wrong?

You just have to wait to count it on console.

i think google is actually having lots of problems...not only indexing. I have some pages that google crawled but not indexed which is quite unusual for my site. Some pages have been indexed and now moved to crawl but not indexed...just moving my pages here and there.
