There is nothing wrong with that. However, this is not my personal website, it is a company project. Responding to work by waiting and improving is not an effective way. I'm not trying to get people to come to my site, I'm just learning from people and finding solutions. Sorry for the misunderstanding as English is not my native language.

yes it's real, because every site has a trial period in google algo, it might take 3 to 6 months.

Yes, it's real. However, it's always uncertain if you're dealing with the sandbox effect. Because of this, we've stopped purchasing expired domains. Out of around 50 websites, only one showed some growth, while the rest were difficult or even impossible to get indexed, despite having high-quality content.
My advice: register a brand new domain and start from scratch.

Subdomains are considered as separate domains so yes, there are chances that subdomains are also sandboxed like the main domain.

Yes its not same for every business and domains, even some of the new websites rank better then old website even so they have quality content. Google accepting fresh content then quality content.

Yes, Google sand box is real. I have seen several of my blogs and sites enter the sandbox phaze, some comes out with little effort, some with a lot of difficulty and yet some other sites remain in the sandbox forever.
The best way to get out of the sandbox filter is to simply add content and build strong niche-specific backlinks.
When starting a new niche site, if one does not really do any aggressive link building, the sandbox trigger won't come into effect. Several of my niche sites haven't gone into the sandbox phaze where I had been very careful about building fast links.
