Hi,
i was playing with google planner and i found many keywords with good search volume and not much competiton, i think also that it show exact match searches because there is no broad search option
i'm wondering if google planner is accurate

Thanks

In my experience it appears to be more accurate for keywords with a higher search volume, and can often be quite wildly inaccurate for words with a low or very low search volume.

Are you talking about the advertiser competition (shown in the keyword planner) or top 10 competition? You want the competition in the keyword planner to be high so that there are more advertisers bidding on a keyword, to make sure you get enough ads shown on your site. And I agree with Tony.

i talk about competiton in search engines, i the keywords i found can be used for content locking o PPD
i will take a keyword and try to rank it to see the resulats

that's right, i chose long tail keyword with 90 searches a month according to google planner and i recieve 400 searches a day! from this keyword, i don't believe in google planner anymore

From my experience, i don't think that it is accurate...
can you share your experience, because i have many keyword i'm planning to go after, and i don't wanna be deceived

I had the same experience. There are keywords from which we get more traffic than Keyword Planner shows searches to it.
