is google official Google company email?

Hi everyone,

i received an email from a google email address in regards to digital marketing.
is this an email that anybody can obtain or is it officially the email of a Google member of staff??

as far as im aware gmail is the email address that is publicly available.

any wisdom would be much appreciated. thanks

bhw is not letting me put any "ats" or coms

Anyone can use gmail to send emails, is the best to inbox to other gmail accounts. If you keep your send limit low and the emails addresses aren't spamtraps you can use gmail as email sender, also they have pop3 that makes it easier to send and receive emails from softwares

i think you might have misunderstood me.

the email address was "joebloggs [TA] google [MOC]"
not gmail

*reverse TA and MOC

I have also received several emails from a guy with @google.com email regarding my digital marketing. He was a real deal.

What exactly did he speak to you about?
are they just trying to sell me google products?

Is the reply-to address at google.com? High chance that its not.

You running adwords by any chance (or set up an account)? If so an it most likely is an account manager assigned to your account. Official emails form google are all @google.com so as long as that is the reply to email you are all good.

im not running adwords.

but good to know its an official google company email.
i'll hit him with a reply and see what it leads to
