Is Google Manually editing search results???

This weekend i decided to research about the latest buzz(Google manually editing search results). and i succeed in this.

Lets Get started:

Quality raters:
People from google who are involved in rating the search engine result pages are called quality raters. they working in google on Temporary job basis. they get paid on per hour basis. their standard payout is $25/hour.

It was a very private and confedential Document , but some quality rater from google only leaked this. Check out the page no 14 in the pdf, to see their interface for rating pages.

Google admitted years ago that they were manually editing highly competitive serps, years ago, before the quality rating program was even started. but they are most certainly doing it, personally i think their goal is less to find the spammers than it is to work more effectively for their non-english googles but what do i know...

As far as my knowledge is there, Google never admited this thing.
infact they always say "Everything is automated."

I know that we pulled the plug on some specific spam pages recently. If you paid an seo and they somehow convinced you to put spam like sneaky redirects using an obfuscated JavaScript onMouseover on the body tag on your pages, or other stuff like links to their doorway domains or their other clients...

EDIT: and of course, its just common sense, there are many stories out there of matt cutts and his team manually reviewing sites to let you back in to the index...to me it would be unbelievable that they would manually reinclude but not also manually remove sites that get, for example, complaints from visitors..

So they make upgrades...

There will come a time that blackhatting will no longer count and will actually be ground of being banned. I have also read this leaked Google document and as far as I see it, it is real and it may be happening now(the human raters). Though its not clear whether the implementation is at its full blast. Maybe it time to go back to mother nature(white hat)..lol
