I have some decent knowledge in the male enhancement industry and was thinking of starting a site on that. I thought of a brand name, theme, idea, etc.

Now for ranking the site, most of my private blog networks are health related, and that is by choice because fitness & nutrition is my forte. Since male enhancement and erectile dysfunction sometimes go hand in hand I figured my health pbns would be perfect and topic relevant to use.

I was about to go with it before I realized male enhancement might be classified as adult content. So basically I am wondering where the line is drawn here? Is it in the porn neighborhood or medical? I put a lot of work into my PBNs and am basically wondering if linking to a male enhancement site could jeopardize them somehow?

If its male enhancement I would believe its adult content. Especially when you see advertising for it on every porn site you go to

Spanking, male enhancement... you paint an interesting picture of yourself :p

Were I in your situation, I'd start building out a PBN solely for adult stuff. Then, you can at least rent links out to get your money back if you can't rank your own keyword - so worst case scenario, you make a little money from links.
On the other hand, using your existing network has a much worse possible scenario - that is, you spoil your existing rankings because of the 'bad neighborhood' situation...

It would obviously be classed as adult and most networks would refuse offering backlinks to you. So, build something specific to it so that you do not compromise your other health sites.

Well tbh I already used one of my top health pbn sites to link to it. However, what exactly makes my site a "bad" neighbourhood? there are no porn picture, the only bad words I use are "penis bigger", "dick bigger", and "penis enlargement".

The site is simply reviewing an ebook.

What could actually happen to my pbn because of this? I have noticed even webmd, wiki has articles on male enhancment. Webmd actually has an article on a dick extender.
