I'll make a wild guess and assume it's an adwords account.
Better way to go with white hat ads accounts is using a company if you want them to take you seriously.
Or... go black hat all the way.
Going personal is prone to this kind of hiccups.

I will go white hat from now, but want to know if they will accept me on board again?
I don't have that big budget for a company.
