My traffic jumped a few days ago from likely due to ranking well for some keyword i dont know about yet (WT is delayed)..

but before I could see this spike I changed my websites title keywords completely and after a few days the traffic dropped again (still above what traffic was before but way under the traffic jump)..

its difficult to tell if it was because a mere title change or what?

To be honest I believe Google is always dancing and changing it's ranking.

Nothing is really stable unless you have been ranked in the spot for over 6 months. Then keep doing what you do!
