I notice that you know your way around GSC. Have you tried checking with GSC's "URL Inpection" if Google Bot actually visited the web pages, and when? Here are two helpful webpages how to do it:

I have the indexing issue with one of my sites and it is really frustrating. Some articles published 3 weeks ago still not indexed today. I tried all possible indexing services, google search console manual submissions, etc. nothing worked. The other sites I own have no issue whatsoever, articles get indexed within 24-48 hours.

I did some experiments in the past with some programmatic SEO pages on this domain, maybe this could be the reason... I submitted tens of thousands of pages for indexing and after indexing few hundred of those pages I removed all the programmatic SEO pages because indexing was so slow. It's possible that Google didn't like that and now is not considering my domain as a priority for indexing... Hard to say if this is the case or that ChatGPT content is taking over the internet and Google crawlers are overwhelmed and confused

What always works and indexes my pages fast is of course, backlinks. Whenever a page receives some links, Google is indexing it right away.
