i check keywords on google every few hours to see where my site ranks and for some reason my site keeps jumping from page 6 to page 1 then back to 6 then back to 1, i cant understand what is going on with it.

its called the Google dance, its perfectly normal nothing to worry about continue with your link building strategies

It may be how you are checking your site. Make sure that you are clearing cookies and are not logged into Google otherwise you may get better results in the serps than your actual.

yeh i clear the cookies all time and im never signed it, nt sure why its doing it.
