You are stealing money from google, so if google open a dispute against you in court, you will lose, but how much are the chances that they will file a case for 300$ xD
Would love to see some proof behind this statement. Maybe if he owed few ten thousand, but never for 300$. And also a legit account, no way with a fake info one.

That’s an automated message you sometimes get on banned accounts. This is nothing lmao, they won’t do shit. Unless of course he was dumb enough to not pay a huge amount, then I am not so sure. Either way, not paying the bills under your own name shouldn’t even be considered.

actually we also got messages like that and even letters to our postbox, I mean you won't get them when you don't put in your company address, but they even send out letters for a couple of hundred eur

Also why it says Google AdWords when it has changed the name to Google Ads?
Could have asked @AdWord Kings but he got banned for unknown reasons.
Need input on this from peopel who have used many ad accounts.

Theft is illegal, fraud is illegal, obtaining by deception is illegal.
Misusing isn't illegal unless it involves any of the above.
It is lol, happens on random accs, do some more tests and you’ll see.
The message they send is just a way to increase their chance of getting their money. You prob think ban appeals are processed manually also huh? Google automates almost everything.
