Is Google Ads for affiliate marketing profitable?

I'm thinking about building some landing pages for the more expensive products in my niche. And drive traffic through search ads.

The key problem I solve with the landing pages are: making it easier for the customer to make a good decision on buying product. The product has a lot of different brands which make it harder to make a good decision. By offering a platform with all the products and compare them with one and another. I help them make a decision.

The margins are pretty thin which worries me the most. That's why I just pick the most expensive products, because they yield the best margins.

Are there any other things to think about before setting up the costly campaigns?

Depends on the profitability and margins of the products, plus expected volume of sales.

Yeah I guess there's just one way to find out..

The cpc is around 20 cents. The margins are average 10 euro

So the conversion rate must be around 2% in order to break even..

It's difficult to say how much I will sell. It all depends on how the landing page converts

But I guess it's worth a try

What's a good budget to test on search ads?
