Is "Give Rep" used anymore?

Or am I just losing it? Maybe it's because I am still a newbie in the forum (5 posts) and I don't have the right amount. Can someone help me to understand this?

EDIT: I can see it on my posts but for other people's posts I can't see it..... to give rep

I can use it but only this month i got the privelage. I think you need over 50 posts and 3 months on the forum.

Ya noobs cant give rep or scammers would create hundreds of fake account to bump their status to scam people.

newbie members 0-49 posts can't give rep
regular members 50-99 posts can give rep, but only counts as neutral.

junior members 100+ posts can only give positive rep
Jr.Vip / Donor and above can give positive or negative rep.

Rep Power starts at 0 for regular members and then increases based on post count, rep count, and join date.

Many forums do not use the Thanks button or the Give Rep. I like that BHW members use this tool. As someone who shares stuff (tools and time), it's good to get a little something back at times.
