Is Gif in Sales Thread Design available for everyone?

Wondering if GIFs are allowed for everyone in the thread design or is it the perks of being a Jr. Executive VIP?
I don't remember seeing any sales thread that has GIF in it.

If it's available for everyone then we might see more amazing threads in the future.
GIFs make the threads look more compelling.

Anyone can do it, I guess, as long as it's hosted on Imgur and that other one [forgot name], we good...

Jpg, Png, Gif, or Mp4.

Anyway, wait for mods to answer cause, to be honest, I was not even paying attention, just went with Gif heh

I am pretty sure @iModBot went through it and it was not against the rules otherwise it would not have been approved.
