Just go to college and get a degree, you never know where you will end up and turning in a resume with only a High School diploma will get it trashed quick. Applying for any decent job without a degree is a joke, don't fuck your future self.
You can go to Community College for 2 years and transfer to a state University after that. Besides college is fun. It give you 4 years to find out what you want to do, experiment with a business if you like and have fun ... and you get a degree at the end. if you do go into debt ... get a job when you get out live cheap and pay it off in a year.
There's no reason why you can't start your business and go to college at the the same time, unless you're lazy. Don't give into to IM dreams, it changes quickly and is not a reliable source of income.
Also, look at the business failure rate, it's high and there's a good chance you won't make it. Don't give into this BS entrepreneurship meme in the US, you only see the successful, you never see the guy whose business failed, wife divorced him and now he's struggling to pay child support ... nobody writes about that.
For ever person who made a million dollars on some stupid idea and went to Shark Tank there are at least 50 that failed. This whole build a business pipe dream in the US is just a dream with 10% making enough money to survive and 1% making a good living. Those are just the odds, be real about it. You don't want to be broke at 30 with no degree and no decent job opportunities.
