Technically, if you ever plan on traveling to the US, you could become a target if you don't use disclosure. Also you may want to look into your own country's requirements for disclosure, chances are you may need it after all.

Yep, a lot of European countries technically (by law) need a comprehensive privacy policy and information page about what data they save about visitors. It's forgotten by many of course, but law does say it is needed.
