Is Fourerr.com abandoned?

I just logged into my account at Fourerr.com (like fiverr but $1 cheaper) but it appears the place is abandoned. I tried to post a job on there but it just kept going around in circles and sending me back to the beginning. When I looked at their marketplace there are no new jobs posted since July so it looks as the problem with posting jobs has been going on for a few months and no one has fixed it.
I think the place is abandoned by the owners now which is a shame as even if they fixed the problem with the site now I wouldn't trust them that the place isn't going to disappear.

Yes, I have an account on Fourerr and it's pretty much abandoned. Buyers do use it but it's so scarce that it's not even worth your time. http://Www.zeerk.com is much more active if you're looking for a Fiverr substitute.
