Is Forbes Council considered a quality backlink?

as I said several times before, 1 link alone will not rank you, or keep you ranked indefinitely. It might give you a small boost or temporary ranking, but your competition doesn't sleep so you'll probably get outranked fast, at which point you might have to shed another $3000 for another link. Is this worth it to you? Only you can answer this...

If you need to get a bank loan to rent this link I'd skip it. If $3000 is bubble gum money for you I'd get the link in a heartbeat because Forbes is Forbes. Even if the link is nofollow you'll still get the trust of a site that google loves (google loves big, ultra rich corporations and sites and links coming from such entities are worth it if you can afford the high costs)...

Again, it's up to you to decide if it's money well spent. The site itself is worth getting link from, for the trust factor alone. If it's a DF link even better. And if it also brings you traffic which - for this money I assume that it does - then it's triple-worth it. But again, only if you don't need to spend your kid's tuition to get it :)

Forbes Council backlinks can carry weight due to Forbes' reputation, but $3,000/year is a hefty investment. Assess if it aligns with your budget and long-term SEO goals.

You can invest that amount in acquiring various authority links instead of from forbes for that huge sum
