Ideally you should DM Theme pages on Instagram who have near 10k follower and growing 100+ followers a day and then just keep posting for 1-3 months and then sell. But speaking from experience these people will ask for a lot of money. So try to find accounts which are in verge of taking off. You can also buy dead pages you can get them for very very cheap, and then do some f4f post for a few weeks, get the engagement back up and sell it. When you are buying try to check similar niche Account in swapd to get an idea about how much they are selling for. Always try to look for tier 1 demographics and research the niche before you buy, niche is very very important. I think there is good money in it but not super scalable. But still you can make decent amount doing this.
